Unbelievable.......i file suit, i win (after my hearing is delayed twice)...they appeal to circuit court, (because it costs them zero to do it) i win again.......So the answer to your question is, unless a monetary reason exists for anything, they don't care.

If there are code violations then those will stay but it's my believe that any monetary liens assessed by the city will be wiped out if city is named as defendant.
