Unbelievable.......i file suit, i win (after my hearing is delayed twice)...they appeal to circuit court, (because it costs them zero to do it) i win again.......So the answer to your question is, unless a monetary reason exists for anything, they don't care.

I do have a monetary figure of an income I want to achieve per month in regards to that.

IF the Seller can't pay the monetary liens then you can offer to reduce the Selling price to cover the unpaid liens.

I never put my monetary assets before my love & affection & commitment to her.

But there will not be a monetary penalty for filing late in this case.PS.

If there are code violations then those will stay but it's my believe that any monetary liens assessed by the city will be wiped out if city is named as defendant.  

I am assuming you are adding the water bill to the monetary rewards that you are seeking during the eviction?

One thing I have learned being a guest speaker at many REIAs around the country is there can be a vast difference in approach and monetary goals for those running them. 

I have seen many others ask for monetary investments, which I find incredible since no with any common sense would want to invest their hard earned money in someone who has no experience in real estate investment.
