For networking in Vancouver look up REVIN, we meet every other Tuesday an Gobi Mongolian Grill on Mill Plain. 

Working on a bar/grill in Belleville where we own the building and are currently rehabbing it -- hoping for a spring opening! 

Park nearby.. suggest that..much more suitable recreational area with grills and bathrooms.. and shelters. 

But grilling up some chicken thighs on Sunday and pairing them with a little sweet potato and broccoli and eating that for lunch (my lunch for today) is going to be much healthier and much less expensive than eating out at your local Panera Bread or Pho Noodle place every day.  

Alright, I'm a complete noobie so feel free to grill me for this one but I've been reading about wholesaling on the forums and I'm not completely sure I understand why it seems so popular.

We transformed the backyard into a beach backyard, we have a hot tub, fire pit, horseshoes, and a grill, making this the highlight of the home.

I also show them things I do when visiting a property, such as turning the shades so the seams are facing the wall, straightening the area rugs, cleaning the grill grate... not to say "do these things", but to teach the critical eye and to walk in the guest's shoes, thinking about the details that might affect their impressions and experience.

Not to say I grill people, but I'm straight with them-- if you call me at 4AM, what do you expect me to do?
