You are saying you have the right to harass me because I did not proactively put myself on the don't disturb list?

Well I invest in real estate and I was hoping you were selling because your property is in an area I want to invest in, so it's a disappointment but that's the way it goes I guess the guy had a little fun giving me a bum steer, sorry to have disturbed you this evening, please accept my apologies, Oh, by the way you don't know of anyone around you that maybe mentioned selling in the future do you? 

Great comment.Derek, I'm impressed with you and now am disturbed why this Realtor is or was acting this way when to me you have simple common sense and from what I interpret real estate experience.

I am really disturbed by this as it makes wholesaling virtually impossible without the cash buyers fronting the money for the first close or actually having the money to cover the first transaction.

That's specifically to avoid disturbing tenants with repeated showings from looky-loos.That said,  most leases do have language around tenant providing access for showing the building for sale, etc.   

We do have over 500 REO's but wow, these guys are a-holes.This disturbing scam recently appeared in Australia for the first time, too.

I found that to be highly disturbing...but it probably reflects more negatively on them personally than it does on the franchise itself.

I've had some 10pm texts, but my phone goes on do not disturb at 8pm.
