Not ever seller will value this, but when they think about it some might...and for some it will be a big relief.When I was thinking of buying in Bay area 20 years ago and there might be 70 offers on a property, people got real creative with what they did to woo sellers...flowers, wine, airline tickets, vacation stays, etc.

But starting at 8, you can task your child with stuffing envelopes, taking out the office trash, vacuuming floors or even doing door hangers.At age 12, they could do all of the above plus, perhaps, begin mowing lawns at rental properties, cleaning rentals for turnover, perhaps touch up painting.At age 16, they can then answer phones, do some computer work, do some more advanced maintenance and repairs, do bank runs, supply shopping, etc.When my son was about 5 through 9, I paid him $5/hour to stuff envelopes.

AZ and other places that were created and sold in those days.. it was a huge industry that pretty much died as land use laws became regulated.as for being a top gun I wanted to be an airline pilot but had to settle flying myself and buying my own airplane to live the life I deserves as a Real Estate broker investor/ lender/ builder/  BP nut
