If you saw the job listings for 'sap programmer' and $10/hour - you might think 'this job does not pay enough'.

Luckily my wife is a computer programmer and she has a decent job that will support us plus a daughter in college.  

Can they go by and check lights and thermostat after every showing? 

No damage but a mess and a few missing items.I also love my Honeywell 9000 Wifi thermostats!

I just bought an old (100+ yr old) 6-unit building with a single hot water boiler on a single thermostat. 

The thermostat seems to be working and the furnace fan seems to turn on, but I don't hear the flame light and after a bit the fan just turns off.

Home Inspection - Home inspector found some typical repairs, but the furnace was not working and the thermostat was hanging off the wall.

I clip all of the appliance and thermostat manuals together and leave them with the book.One thing I still want to do is make up a list of "House Rules", a list that clearly defines some of the main tenant requirements from the lease, but in a summarized, easy-to-read format.

My wife is a computer programmer and I have a daughter that is in her 3rd year at the University of Arkansas.  

This would primarily be smart thermostats and light switches.
