Unless you are a professional athlete/movie star / influencer it’s hard for many to hear this but the world really doesn’t give a hoot about you.Having built hundreds of multimillion dollar homes and having worked on projects with two different professional sports teams owners - I would say less than 1% would use a land trust for anonymity and some of these people had 9 figures and several were billionaires.

It's like that movie "Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind". 

Something like a roku/firestick/smart TV without having to use my own account and risk renters buying movies etc.

But I did work at a title agency like I said before which taught me how to follow and audit the real numbers and how to invest in real estate and the one lesson I never forgot was -watch the entire movie, not just the trailer, then you don't have to guess the ending!

I have no urge to tell people and tweet I am going to the bathroom or eating dinner with somebody etc.I think some times should be private and you need to disconnect.All of these social sites can become compulsive and unhealthy if over engaged.I use to post to 40 social networking sites at once but some are just people trying to sell porn or contact you with crap.I am interested in QUALITY of contacts and not just VOLUME of contacts.I have a twitter account but I don't use it at all.Might eventually just employ a local person to keep up with all of this stuff.
