It's a gorgeous house, but it was more emotional-driven and I got distracted from my usual pathWe went back to my first house but after a year and looking at my numbers, it actually is better for us to rent and get much more space and amenities so found a SFH to rent 10 minutes outside the city.

With an actual PLAN for your education, you may find less time for all of the many distractions college is known for.

This age group has a lot of distraction and friends that can kill your motivation, but this is a great help to spark the fuel to keep going.

Leverage, sure, but don't get distracted with extremes of any kind. 

Several years ago I ordered one of his programs, I started using it for about a month, but became distracted and was unable to follow up with it.

Invest in your education first before you rush out and spend a lot of money on courses and and all of that because this city has a lot of needless distraction if you don't have focus.
