holy hell.

As a newbie I'm eager to find the "holy grail" but as I keep listening to podcast and reading books, asking questions I realize what you said is very accurate.

I have zero specific knowledge of this other than knowing someone who has a house with a video game addiction program out in the country where no one knows and no one cares....but my gut says you would have zero chance of doing this with a townhome lease because on top of every state, county, city and ward issue you will need to navigate, you have the homeowners association and very close neighbors who will raise holy hell.

Ok first of all, holy cow how did you get all that info?

I'm looking for the holy grail of financing, and I'm wondering if this would work.If I were to purchase/ construct 4 homes on a single/ continuous lot, would I be able to finance them with a single conventional or VA loan?
