While the SBA.gov website does not explicitly state that it cannot be used to purchase investment property, the name of the loan program (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) suggests that it's to be used accordingly.The SBA PPP does note in the interim final rule that misuse of funds will be investigated, and if deemed as such, the entity will be fined.

I know it may be the desirable route to see which option you think will yield more cash, but if your business model is to buy and hold, then you're misusing your time trying to figure out how the wholesaling process works.I mean, personally, those three options are three different business models.

Another way to think about this co-mingling is what if this was a major corporation of a sort, if you had the company paying for your personal stuff that would something like embezzling or misuse of company funds.

I think you are misusing the word "conduit" and therefore it's adding confusion to your question.A non-profit can make a loan or an investment in a for-profit business.

Water is not separately metered and is included in the rent, so I don’t think switching to non coin-operated machines is the solution... don’t want to encourage misuse of the water and how many times they run the washer.
