Then when I was ready to start investing and expand my knowledge, the website had such great SEO that it kept popping up.

I would definitely not expect him to share keyword lists for PPC/SEO or provide an exact instructions on what is currently working for direct mail in our market (zip codes, types of lists, timing, frequency, etc.).
