Sharing stories/experiences/tips from my work is absolutely what reinforces me as an asset to the team of any investor I work with.  

The human brain is always in 100% support of it's host, so if you say you can't ___, your brain cements that as a fact, and places into subconsciousness that it is a fact that you can not, which reinforces your beliefs, and it becomes a spiral of a self-fulfilling prophecy. 

To me, this reinforces my point of differences between an investor and an employer/employee...I don't think people take for granted the issues a Contractor's overhead and costs...

I think as they are/we are going through adversity and gain small success, it comfort them/us in their/our vision and reinforce the mindset and the discipline.

When I explain concepts it helps reinforce them to me.
