replace front doors with darker doors (fiberglass or wood)do something with front stepsenough room to build front porch?

Bids were from 3500-6000 on a 10000 gallon fiberglass pool.  

These are 2' x 6' door cut outs made of steel or fiberglass with foam in between.

For instance, tearing out an ugly fiberglass tub and surround and replacing with an iron tub and tile surround guarantees I'll have years of low maintenance on those.  

Are fiberglass stalls reliable?

We viewed the other side at a later date and found at that time that the fiberglass bathtub in that unit has a puncture hole.

Better to spend a few bucks extra and get a fiber glass door! 

Looking back we could have put some fiberglass insulation behind the washer any dryer.Any other tips to prevent this?
