@Taylor Chiu I coordinate with a crew that knows how to clean including using HEPA vacuum on the same day and before I take dust samples. 

Now if you want to baby sit these folks maybe.I would only consider one style and that is for Airline personnel ...

Whats holding me back is my lack of "boots on ground" network here in Longmont, Colorado.All my properties are SFR class A type, so almost no maintenance in last 2 years (leaking vacuum breaker for sprinklers is the only little task I can think of).

I would recommend reaching out to them and asking for referrals or a list of companies certified in specifically cleaning up methamphetamine labs.I'd expect a certified company to follow these high-level steps: Testing: Quantitative pre-testing to determine how contaminated your property is, and which areas are most contaminated.Cleanup: Clean the home of leftover belongings and debris, and remove porous components like furniture and carpeting.Vacuuming: Use HEPA-certified vacuums to remove all dust from the property.Decontamination: Decontaminate every square inch of the propertyPost-Testing: After the property is cleaned, run more tests to document that the home is completely clean.

Then he came on a Wednesday (1 of my days off) checked some things, left the vacuum (he was vacuuming the water) said he will be back never came back or even asked that he needed access to the apartment.
