Wonder where you think I can focus on in PG County. 

Many homes in the Seattle area are getting 50-60 offers and buyers are getting sweet-talked into paying $300k+ above asking price and waiving all contingencies after spending a 15 minute time window at the house, because all the slots to view the home get booked up and there isn't an opportunity to even do a pre-inspection even if the buyer wanted to. 

There are slot of people who make student loan payments and the amount they owe goes up everyday because their payment is less than interest is accruing and they will never pay it off.

I've truly learned over the past several years that people in general are full of sh*t when they need to fill news slots for 24 hours straight.

Silver spring, Wheaton, Rockville, twinbrook and Crown/Rio in MocoMt Rainer, Hyattsville, Riverdale Park and parts of College Park in PG

If I were to considet PG, Id probably target 300s in College Park area. 

I haven't had any issues, but the one set is getting a lot of use... we are finishing a renovation and figured it would be good to have another on hand... like playing the slots and always winning.I am still waiting for the tenants to complain about one or the other using the machines too much (aka sinking to much cash into my pocket) but hasn't happened yet.

My clients also get an open house the weekend after it's listed (and every 3 weeks after) and are put on the brokers open tour the next slot I can get.
