In fact, the names of our spaces are "Middle of Nowhere", "Middle of Nowhere Too" and "Middle of Nowhere 3"We do get bookings from traveling medical personnel, movie industry people, local events like people attending weddings, craft shows, athletic events, visiting family, etc.

Our private covered dock and lake toys are a bug draw for us in the summer months.Multiple people have said they love the pool table.In our bigger cabin people like the large game room, movie room, custom covered firepit and hot tub.

The tenant failed to mention that that was the time they were going to be filming a "home movie" in the water bed.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy listening to and making music, going to the movies, traveling, and cruises. 

Make sure you take great pictures, get an accurate ARV/rehab numbers, and a movie walk through if possible.

The proximity to Richmond, Fort Lee, and all the new development going on, movies being filmed there, new restaurants coming up, it won't be Church Hill, but I think it's very solid investment!
