Don’t know that we’d be starting an ongoing operation but I do think I’d be planting a seed with the experience.

I never made this post like “Im dropping out today to peruse realest because school sucks and I’m going to be rich” I simply posed a question because I was curious and for other people who had that seem seed planted in their head.

In addition, the formal education allowed me to get a decent paying job that provided the seed money that was the bases of all my investments. 

If BRRRR isn't your thing, then perhaps look to put your money into syndication or offering loans/seed money.

What you are saying is once you have raised the value of the "seed" property to your example of $125k, you then proceed to refinance the property to get some of the equity out of them home for a down payment on another residence, after doing that you sell the property which allows you to take all earnings (after first mortgage is paid) and roll that over to either one or 2 new (and hopefully more) equity based properties?
