I found nothing which verifies that this idea of eliminating 1031 exchange has been proposed by Joe Biden.Individual tax laws would be crafted by and voted on by congress, anyway.The assumptions and prognostications in this thread range from propagandistic hyperbole to Q-Anon-level paranoia.  

The second requires a LOT of learning and effort to perfect your craft.

If you want to be good at this over the long term and be an active investor you must be prepared to treat it like a craft and put the time in.

In advance of the BP conference I wanted to craft a summary of what my top three expectations are for myself to get out of this conference (purely from a self accountability stand point). 

I did not get into investing for real until maybe 5 to 7 years into the business .. those first years were learning the craft building up cash .. making sure I had a roof over my head.. etc etc. no rush to get into this you have long time.. build a foundation first.
