Like many pro poker players confess, the best hands they ever played were ones that they folded.I respect how some of the folks on here are so adamant on their beliefs, just as I am.

Scott does WH deals, rehabs and flips, he is also an RE agent, he can and will do retail deals I'm sure, I doubt he would turn down a listing from a contractor on new construction and with his poker money, he may even do some financing, I don't know about that.Asking if WHing will be sustainable long term is like asking, will my doughnut shop be a good long term business?

When I learned how to play poker, I read Doyle Brunson's book - which is like the texas-holdem bible.

With your advice I am more likely to be perceived as defending against this practice, and I will avoid gaining a reputation as a "fish", to borrow from a poker analogy.Many thanks.

I write poker theory and am a very good player and I believe that I can make enough playing poker to cover our expenses while we are traveling and this will free up my retirement checks to be invested in more real estate.
