Again just my opinion not backing it with anything really except my perception and being able to calculate risk.

My perception is that nick called out a guy that he thought was full of .....Jerryll basically said yeah this my property my company my listing.  

What kind of idiot landlord supported by an idiot property manager WOULDN'T take steps to enhance the security of this building at the perception of the slightest need, let alone an extraordinary situation like this?

Exploit these existing societal structures to further your own lot in life.

You should be consulting with your agent on their perception of the situation and how to proceed.

Lolthats very perceptive.. were would those markets be without all these highly organized sales organizations bringing in money from all over the country and the world.. were would they be with only local organic investors. ???
