If you live in the Indy MSA and want to househack, do you need to do any market research?

I don't believe any marketing is getting done on it right now just visibility of it on a main rd, but what are some tips on turning around a RV park and i guess it would apply to Mobile home parks also.

Same with marketing efforts: typically the "household name" was never running deals.

Hi @Linda Cunliffe, If you sell to a relative below market, the IRS treats the discount as a gift, not a deductible loss.

They moved to the area for a job and are going to digital nomad for some time, but of course you can't tell your employer that.
