I am putting up a sign at one of my units that is distance to famous beaches (instagram opportunity).

By starting this first post on SuGo, I am hoping others chime in about their experience.

Been a while since posting in this thread.  

I found a growing meetup on instagram that meets in Rocklin once a month.

Marketing-wise, I’d recommend showcasing before/after photos on Instagram and networking with local STR owners and agents - word of mouth goes a long way.

He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area - would be great to run into him sometime and I've messaged him directly about my own real estate dilemma and he did reply- Coach (Chad) Carson "the small but mighty investor"- MIchael Zuber "One Rental at A TimeI used to watch a lot of other ones but they started trying to sell coaching courses, etc so I rarely watch them on YouTube or like any of their Instagram posts now
