Real estate can be an amazing wealth-building tool, but you have to go into it with the right mindset.

Flipping can be an amazing way to build both capital and experience if you start with the right foundation.

Probably worth it specifically to pull portfolio land owners - Those are the amazing ones to go after since they are either buying or selling which means you have both acquisition and disposition opportunity.
