You are probably right but I worry that with a significant injury- MVA, fire or heck now a days someone slipping on a banana peel that could result in a multimillion dollar lawsuit especially more likely if they know you are in a high income profession or own RE.

You add on the fact that we see the same 100 billion $ handed over in a circle from one AI company to the next, all reporting it as revenue, the P/E ratio of the S&P500 is over 30 and that makes you wonder where corporate profits are supposed to go from here, inflation eating into consumers spending power - I would say @Collin Hays is right, brace for impact.Fortunatley, residential real estate is a relativley recession proof.

I would also find an attorney who you really like and can assist on some of your corporate decisions (like LLC). also I would reconsider using business credit vs cash for an investment as too much leverage can be bad. welcome and continue to network !!
