@Raja Sharma 5+ years ago you migh have been able to cashflow with 5% down, but highly unlikely now.If you add in the rent you should be collecting on your unit, what does that do for your cashflow?

The City here makes it into a few articles about affordability and next thing you know we are on lists of fasting rising rents.

Unless it’s a selling point for the home itself, consider removing it so buyers focus on the property’s best features.
