After watching enough youtubes to drill not being afraid and going to therapy I'm taking a whack at it again.

We are going to see gene therapies and new drugs come to market at the fastest pace in history. 

Careful...i realized after writing this it turned into a therapy session 😀I came here to learn from others who have done more then I have. 

While I have observed some people lacking in experience and knowledge successfully syndicate deals, usually through heavy investment in promotion, “creative” massaging of their “resume”. and “slick” marketing, the end result never was a happy experience for those investing in these syndications.  

American Airlines: 650 employeesJanuary 2024 saw a total of 82,000 layoffs, the second worst January since 2009.Meanwhile, the US just reported that 353,000 jobs were created in January.Something isn't adding up here.This just goes to show to the public that buys everything they read; if you can't get how numbers are massaged you are quite naive. 

But with his persistence at continuing to “double down” on obviously incorrect statements, attempting to “massage” explanations at to what the statements were really intended to mean, and especially his PERSONAL attacks on people who disagreed with his position or called out his many contradictions, it’s become obvious that he has an out of control ego issue.

Problem this is an intense customer, regulatory, secondary customer- children, dietary, therapy, medical industry, employee based industry.  

I would opt for a coin-operated massaging bed first, then progress on to the lights for your next capital project. 

My goal is to attract standard medical office tenants who do not require specialized equipment—such as Primary Care Physicians, Urgent Care Clinics, Chiropractors, Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Centers etc
