I am a physical therapy graduate student from NJ, but I go to school in Lancaster, PA, and will most likely stay there after I graduate.

I’m not too fond of Airbnb‘s push for “experiences “ like in - house chefs massages etc , I could see them penalizing hosts in the rankings who don’t participate. 

I thought this was a weird business ideal myself - what's the keep someone from ordering a private chef, massage or whatever else prior to this update?

Maybe i just need a therapy session.

My day job is sports therapy. 

I have not been a believer in massaging debt to make the capital raise pref look appealing to accredited LP investors.A bunch of years ago I sold some apartment buildings.

After watching enough youtubes to drill not being afraid and going to therapy I'm taking a whack at it again.

We are going to see gene therapies and new drugs come to market at the fastest pace in history.
