I get a lot of fakes or bird dogs who say the have a buyer and turn around and try wholesaling it for more! 

It can be a dog-eat-dog world.

For example, if you hear time and time again that its some hard to find a place that will let me have a dog.  

Turkeys.Oh and eagles snatching peoples dogs...Yes it's happened.

Occupancy checks to determine tenants haven't added occupants, pets, etc?

I forgot Pet allowances and accommodations! 

The challenge is that the downstairs tenant currently has exclusive access to both the garage and backyard via their original lease agreement.As a family, we’d need a reliable parking space and a place for our dog to play.After reviewing public records, I saw that the lower unit was permitted in 2011.

I have two small dogs so I knew that I would need to be near a park for them to play but I also enjoy the pedestrian lifestyle, as I like to socialize, so what neighborhoods offer local eateries and entertaining.
