I feel pressed into just making my own to be honest.

I've got high confidence it would fail, but I am biased in my belief it's maybe the best system out there for quality of life balanced with business, and presses a society in right ways. 

What about using part of the proceeds for a business vehicle purchase or large equipment (printer, heat press, etc.) under Section   179 or bonus depreciation—could that layer in as well?

Santarelli as an absolute industry expert (podcast, websites, press, social media advertisement) cause investors to have a false sense of security.

I have borrowers tell me all the time they only need money for some short period of time, but then when pressed they have only a half baked plan to get out of the short term note.   

I screwed it up, got too greedy, pressed for $17.5k.

@Jules Aton the scheduling the coming week  for the pest control was not laziness of negligence on my part---- although you'd be hard pressed to find any company for hire, Orkin or other in the country, or any other company for hire for that matter who you could schedule to get onsite that fast.
