Next year could be better.  5.0 rating is great.   

I would not recommend them as their points and interest rates are so high it is extremely hard to find a deal that will work with the 0% down.

Week of October 27, 2025The Fed dropped rates again last week — the second cut in a row — and everyone’s asking the same thing: is this the start of a real shift, or just a pause button?

Here in our local residential market in Northern Nevada there was a notable uptick in homes contracted and a corresponding decrease in days to contract in October I think largely in response to downward pressure on rates.
