So do you understand, read, speak, and write Greek?

If you are/were old enough to remember the early 80's (or ancient, like @Jay Hinrichs and remember the 70's :D ), you'd know that 3-5% rates for borrowing money is almost laughable.

Austria, Germany, Luxembourg; these immediately come to mind as "ancient" developed areas in contrast to the "infant" that is USA, and they seem to be doing very well, very efficient, very well setup and established across the strata's.

@Sebastian Marroquin I am Greek..we like to share our emotions..I can't help it! 

I have loved greek villa and alabaster from SW as they are slightly warmer esp with sun. 

In my view, if there was a reason that it was overpriced, it was that the ancient inventory was not being fully upgraded when flipped to owner occupants.
