your talking about redlining  .. i have a client there that has over 250 row houses and each one got financed to take me out of my buy rehab loan. 

When a Federally insured lending institution does not want to lend in a certain area they can not come out and say that they won't lend in that area, because that's redlining.  

Smalls are just that, small, landlords squabbling over funny contract terms.. the larger it gets the more attornies show up to put a redline in something and bill everyone for it.

I used to use the red lined paper but it's very time consuming trying to line up the letters with the lines.That being the case I use blank yellow cardstock paper.

I spent a year in Boston, Somerville actually, within a block of the red line.

Did you remove the little feature that put a little red line under stuff I didn't spell right?

@James Wise can tell you that "Redlining Bed Bugs" is a big no-no !  

@James Wise  James did an ABCD map of Cleveland and then the local papers took pot shots at him redlining..  

A lot of insurance companies are redlining, they just wont admit it.I have had problems with insurance companies picking up trivial things to complain about in poorer neighborhoods, while ignoring the exact same things in higher end neighborhoods.

All of the negatives you mention are red lines for me.
