You may be challenged to find a great STR PMC in Indy market.Most PMCs there are focused on LTR and MTR.Doing STR takes a way different approach - we tried it in our Metro Detroit market and found it didn't fit for our team.

For most people having 2-3 solid properties that will eventually be paid off is incredibly powerful and an amazing investment strategy.
