As long as you feel comfortable with the future tenants and negotiate a deal with little risk to you, I would say go for it.

Not all areas seem to have been affected the same but I recently had a $100k condo under contract for a client and have seen sub $200k SFH deals, sub $400k duplex deals.

One thing I like about real estate over stocks is that there is always the underlying asset with RE, and it's rare for RE values to go to zero in good locations, but there is the risk of that happening in places like Detroit.

It's a continuous barrier of epoxy/enamel to the drain, which is connected to the tub shoe with a gasket between that stops water from ever getting under the epoxy/enamel.

.: Hello, from what I've read online and confirmed by an attorney regarding emotional support animals - a legitimate ESA letter from a licensed mental health professional to receive housing protections under the Fair Housing Act is valid.My tenants provided a registration certificate from usserviceanimals - I do not see a signature other than the chairman of this website.
