If the price is acceptable, then focus on listing your exposure on multiple platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace) and boost your listing with high-quality photos and a short video walkthrough.You could also consider offering move-in incentives (like reduced deposit or a free month) to get attention.
