Norada spent 2 decades building a huge brokerage of TK real estate business with a monster size data base..

If we simply sell outright the gains, I’d any, will be miserable and essentially toss away decades of work,how else do people off load these investment properties (didn’t care the the DDDD strategy.)Has anyone 1031’d into credit sited funds (think crowd street or other funding platforms that accept 1031’s?)

As for JHH over the past 3 decades people have speculated that area would improve and I don’t fully understand why it never really took off other than the extent of crime and lack of physical barriers around it so as for the turn around I will believe it after it happens and would put my money in Federal Hill, Locust Point, Fells Point or Canton. 

Software development the last decade or so (and mixed contracting/military before that) has left me wanting something more, something concrete and real.

After learning a lot about myself over the last decade, I realize that I prefer working with exceptional talent and squeezing the most out of every team member.

If you can buy a fourplex every year, do some or most of the needed work yourself over the course of a year and build up 20% equity and keep repeating that process every 12-18 months, you'll be financially free in less than a decade.
