@Roshan K.Ya I know it looks sketchy and defeats the purpose of the LLC but I figure if I kept the funds seperate and can prove that they were used for business purposes only it wouldn't be so bad as a temporary fix.

.- Moving 2 properties to one LLC kind of defeats the purpose a bit; a claim on one property could bring the other property down.- If you're uncomfortable with the risk of triggering the due on sale clause, you can always get an umbrella insurance policy - a good policy can essentially do the same thing as an LLC.Again, I'm not an attorney and this is not legal advice.
