I wanted to ask — who's really playing games here?

Looking for a game plan and general advicePurchased four homes on foreclosure auction.I have a landscaping business; and I got a line of credit loan to invest in one property with the idea of moving my business to said location.

My partners and I feel we're on to a niche opportunity and I would like to explore the possibility of establishing a fund.
