I don’t think it was  intentional… but people have a limit as to their own ability to carry out instructions (ie. they have to understand the document, their role, the trust, taxes,  etc.

Did it give instructions as to remove the tenants and get the situation rectified?

As long as they are fully transparent, which would mean having clear contracts, and very clear escrow instructions, I think it’s fine.Full disclosure, I’m going for my license just to cover myself for this kind of thing. 

I have no issue with anyone teaching what they MIGHT know and charging reasonable fees, I do have a bit of an issue with those teaching something then claiming it's the RIGHT way when that claim can not be verified or be relied upon in light of the experience and education of that instructor.

One of their so called instructors from one of the training sessions asks the students to go to the five star hotels, or go play golf, or go horse riding, or go hang out at the high end night clubs for the sake of fund raising.

And of course ice is a major factor with private aviation and instrument flying ( IE in the clouds were Ice lives) I would ask my instructor how do we know or where is the ice..
