The key words here are unsophisticated and naive.

Why is "sell my house fast" a bad keyword or intention to rank for?

My reporter not providing profit loss , balance sheet etc.I just have tax return from him.I searched on key word 'repairs and maintenance'I see 21 item is  'repairs and maintenance' then it shows under Schedule C but value for that field as 0It says under art V of Schedule C 'All the rental properties in SCH E'Not sure if any issue there Just ask for it or have him break it down for you.

Also I am going to be looking in northwest Indiana, Chicagoland illinois, and Racine area Wisconsin.All the strategies you mentioned along with couple more like PPC and social media ads would work each to it's own capacity, keyword here is consistency and knowledge that you can put into action.
