Hello,I am brand new to real estate investing and, having read only a couple of books, am very much in the “learning” phase.Most of the scenarios that I read about, start with the assumption that one is beginning with no funds and builds a strategy from that point.What’s is some good general advice for someone who is fortunate enough to have a decent amount to start with?
