So I recently came across RIF Online Bank, and they’re offering same-day investment loans with: No collateral required.

I am working on finding my next rental home but haven’t taken the leap.I currently live in an apartment (I know), and have a home that I rent out yearly.My only option right now is Cash-Out Refinancing my current rental home. i wanted to get some advice and thoughts on this as this is my only option to get money for another place.

The borrower was behind and refinanced with a reverse mortgage which typically gets foreclosed on upon death as most of the time the balance is larger than the property is worth.

I am having trouble trusting documents found online for rental agreements .. tenant applications ..tenant landlord notices .. etc  anybody have a reputable source that I can utilize and be protected ?   

You could always look at refinancing to pull cash to buy the next property.

I'd be doing all-cash BRRRR deals in Detroit, refinancing most out, rinse and repeat.

You have 100% control over what you offer, you have 0% control over how someone responds.The parts that are vital that you have left out are; what is the sale price, what would the seller be refinancing at, and at what interest rate?
