I think AI and robots have the potential to increase productivity rates significantly.  

Since sellers aren't robots, they get a choice in this matter.

The first is that the people answering here are not Lifestyles robots, or employees.

Really we should be talking about "construction quality" in general rather than caring about whether the house is built in a factory by robots in Mexico, on site by highly paid American tradesmen.

I would be more worried about Robotics having a greater impact on jobs.  

I think AI will continue to get better with time but robots will never be able to build true trust because they have no feelings. 

Sellers can tell when you’re disengaged, robotic, or uninspired.👉 Shake things up.

Of course there are always headwinds, but emerging tech such as nano, robotics, AI, bio, alt fuel, etc. still have an outsized footprint here, and will still be a powerful driver. 20 years from now, who the hell knows, but for the next 10-15 my bet is still on SF.
