If you are bidding on a property that has a ton of interest and has other bids the seller might tell you to pound sand if you are asking for proof of rent payments.

I am sure there are some decent programs but there are also a lot of people looking to take their pound of flesh by selling their "secret sauce" to others and could be overselling the value they will truly bring.This is also true for real estate agents who buy in to programs that provide leads, and so often they are not worth it.

Those frauds just buy 'carbon credits' so they can feel better about themselves, they don't really care or they would alter their lifestyles instead of pounding the rest of us with the guilt, Lol....And if we look at the temps for the last millenium instead of the last century, they can show that although we are in a temporary upswing, we're really on a slide into a colder era.
