A MUCH better alternative for government regulators is to go after the gurus providing false claims, teaching illegal strategies/methods, or making false promises rather than changing a free market to a highly regulated one.

Hi Chinmay,Not to keep the negative going, but even if you say you don't need to be paid a penny, any company that you want to join and expect to invest in you by teaching the business, won't want to do it.

Consulting with a real estate agent familiar with the local market could provide valuable insights into buyer preferences and competition.Ultimately, if the numbers work out and the location's advantages are leveraged effectively, flipping a house without a basement could still be a profitable venture.
