And even IF there are violations leading to enforcement, the most common type of enforcement action in these violations is that the accused doesn’t admit to any wrongdoing but agrees to never do it again, LOL.

Dealing with commercial properties, business to business, I find is much clearer with a lot less chance of liability over “you paid too little” type accusations.  

As others already mentioned, using AI as a daily research assistant is a huge help (as long as you keep your wits about you and always think critically about what it spits back out at you). 

Their reaction to the accusation was extremely emotional.

@Sam Gleadle have been a paid, expert witness a few times in lawsuits against other PMCs in our area and unfortunately, the owner NEVER gets much of value out of the cases:(You'll need a copy of your management contract to show any attorney and that contract better be VERY specific.Othwerwise, you'll just be wasting your time and money.
