Currently meeting in Flower Mound about 2x/year.

What I look for is stuff like garbage bag windows, boarded up windows and doors, over-filled mailboxs, unkept garden/flower bed, tall grass and exterior house paint chipping away.When I've approached some of these houses, many of the home owners were nice people, have no problems with their finances and not looking to sell whatsoever. 

Something we knew would provide for us (even without a 401k or the massive savings most advisors might suggest), and it helped us walk away from our jobs before my 35th birthday.  

No landlord to tell you when to move out of your house, or if you can paint the walls, or if you can have a dogs, or if you can plant new flowers. 

In Flower Mound, TX that will get you a lot or two or a down payment on a condo or an old 1 bed 1 bath lake shack.In Dallas nothing but class C & nothing from a builder!

It is like podcasts are done for the sake of getting more admiration flowers and more members, instead of helping those that actually need help, succeed.So my critique is...dudes, focus on the people that need actual on the ground real help.

And when you are done working for the day you strip down to your birthday suit and throw away ALL your clothes including shoes , to avoid getting anything in your truck or home .

It would be one thing if we had a $1,000 flower garden underneath the wall, or some exorbitant risk exposure (i.e. falling into the kids sandbox while kids play) but neither looks to be the case here.If he's concerned about cosmetics tell him to plant some pretty flowers ;) In terms of contractors though, you can call someone who does foundations, or a landscape contractor who does retaining walls.
