I've been here for 3 years now working in the logistics industry and couldn't love this city more (even with the winters).

With a brother of mine, with the same goals, we started a logistics company moving freight all around the United States for the last few years.

The Greenville market is strong - high population and job growth - diverse economic base including manufacturing, logistics and transportation, medical and leisure & hospitality.

I have looked into Freeland Ventures but due to underwriting process and logistics just isn't the right fit at the moment, and now currently looking into SoFi due to the fact that their cap on the personal loan is higher, no origination fee, and the rates are decent for the hard money industry.

I never worked in tech but my main career was in finance and logistics at large corporations so I have good understanding of the corp world. 

They didn't do anything wrong - just a logistical issue I can't work around. 

. $54k anything these days, regardless of market, is on the lower end of turnkey prices and my worry would be the logistics about this property that have it lower priced.

That's because the deal is not without legal, financial, and logistical hurdles.

So I could A) get my capital back out and B) if I ever ran into this problem again I could understand the logistics of it all and know if it is worth doing in the end.

Also the loss of auto jobs have came the rise of warehouse/logistics jobs around here.
