Although I'm largely 'anti-college' I do think that young people, especially our current crop of young people, need these skills badly.

You will just have non-gun or anti-gun renters.Personally, I invite my better tenants to my house once a month to shoot clays and then have beer/meat with my hunting buddies.

The politicians that run the city are pro-tenant and anti-landlord.  

Being on a real estate investing site and being anti capitalism. 

Crime is the anti-gentrification effect.

I don't know if that's the anti social in me or what but recently I haven't seen the value in going to meet ups since most people that go really aren't making anything happen.

You would think the rules would be so anti LL that buyers would dry up, prices would fall, and returns would go up until the pricing was such that it was wroth the risk.But instead, the prices are high, returns are low, and you have to deal with an unfriendly government.
