In Kansas City once someone has established residency (clothes in the closet, mail sent to that address, etc) they are your tenant whether or not they are on a lease (or even supposed to be living there).

Does anybody here have experience or recommendations for company clothing merchandise in the greater Tampa area? 

For the space I would like to include a closet for additional storage and of course for hanging clothes.

My thought on it is everyone is different, some people in the winter time chop a hole in the ice take off all their clothes and jump in the ice water.

Nobody ever says "too much clothes shopping" or "too many family vacations".
