Purchasing a Coin Laundromat

I have done research about investing in a coin laundromat in Sacramento Ca. There's a ton of information online and I have learned to just ask the people who have done it before!

I am curious to know if anyone currently owns one, in any city.

What does your cash flow look like, how much money did you put into the business upon purchasing, and also, what creative financing options are available for something like this?

Hey Sydni. Laundromats can be good businesses to buy and run, however I'd recommend buying the building with it or purchasing a location and building out your own laundromat or leasing to an operator. The real winner is the one who owns the real estate under the business. Let me know if you'd like to chat about this further.
