I worked in aviation up until recently, and there's a lot of problems with these new airborne set of eyes, both because of privacy and safety...Would love to know what your thoughts / plans are, and see what others say...  

The first card, the Red Aviator Mastercard Elite, ended up having really crappy service on a balance transfer I used it for -- it turns out Mastercard doesn't even arbitrate Mastercard Elite issues.

So far all our investors have backed out last minute after we received approval from the city.my aviation partner started a shipping container company in Oregon called  Relevant homes you can google.. they are cool but very expensive and he only has a few sales right now.. its something someone like him can do who can afford a swing and a miss.I looked at boxabli too I think its super cool as well. and when i get to vegas i want to check it out.. but pre fab houses on the west coast have just never had the appeal like they do out east or east coast where they are far more prevelant.  

Some of the world's biggest industries are going to suffer for at least two more years, and maybe more, particularly aviation and carmaking.

This had previously never crossed my mind as I live in Vancouver BC and quality multifamily assets typically start at 8 figures.Luckily, I am comfortable with numbers as I've spent over a decade as a finance professional with roles from corporate banking to being a CFO of a small aviation firm. 

Now that was the day.. letting non pilots up near the controls would not happen today that's for sure.. you get the stink eye if you even look in the cockpit or make an inference that you know anything about aviation.

For example, Aviation Heights is really hot right now.

I had breakfast with Sean last year ( his tech is in PDX) and we share a love of aviation  LOL.. but he shows me the app its SO COOL I ordered it .. ( I personally don't use it but my office does.) and we scored a deal last month.. that I would call a Rick deal.. very complicated on that title side... but with PR we were able to chase it down.. had no real competition from the letter writers and close on it..

PS this is what my aviation partner is doing with containershttps://www.relevantbuildings.com this is what you have to do to get them approved at the state level and what the public will actually buy.. these are not cheap either.. but I could see buying a building and stacking them inside the building ??? 

I was a reluctant Surface guy (pre-comm NPQ aviator wannabe) on the carrier Kitty Hawk (CV-63) out in SD and rode in a couple CODs while deployed...very important mission you have on that platform to keep the Battle Group operating smoothly.I'm a fairly new investor in upstate NY and looking to do deals both here and in other areas of the country.
